Lionel has restored the carpet is several of my rent homes and had always exceeded my expectations. I am always amazed that he is capable of restoring the carpet and saving it the way he does. I highly recommend this method if you have good carpet in a home you are looking to save. He does a fabulous job!

I used Lionel on my first investment property and his work is really great. We used the rejuvination method and the carpets looked almost new. He is really nice to work with and responds to your calls quickly. I would recommend Lionel if you have a very stained carpet.

Have used Lionel on carpets in the past, but now we just used him to handle the entire rehab on one house, and part of the rehab on another. He did a great job on both houses at fair prices. Great person to have on your team. Thanks Lionel!

Lionel really knows carpets. We used him with our first investment house. He not only made the carpets look like new, but got one of the toughest materials out--ours was paint. His prices are very reasonable and takes the time to discuss the process. He is a true professional and a great business man. We highly recommend him!

I used Lionel on my 1st property and he was great. His pricing was reasonable and he worked with me thru all issues that came up.He provided good advise. This project required extensive interior work..not just carpeting. His people, painted, repaired walls, replaced light fixtures, doors, broken windows, door knobs,carpeting and installed 2 new toilets. I was nervous about this job, since it was our first experience, but working with Lionel gave me the confidence that it was all going to be done to my satisfaction..........and it was. One of my tenants had a question about the carpet after a different company cleaned the carpets. Mr. Lopez returned my calls promptly and worked with my tenant and answered all her questions and saved me some money in the process. Needless to say, I got a carpet guy now.

Purchased a house with carpet that was severely stained and had bleach spots. Lionel inspected and assured that KR Rejuvenation could save the carpet (or apply the cost to new carpet if not satisfied). We were very skeptical but based on others comments took a chance. The results were amazing. Almost like new. Bleach and stains were gone. Only thing that was not removed was small paint spot left by the painters. But Lionel warned of this up front. Will be using KR Rejuvenation again!

Also, just in general he seems to be very reliable and quick to return emails and phone calls which is always appreciated and hard to find in this business.

I had a property that I honestly thought the carpet could not be saved. But before I went to the expense of replacing it, I thought I'd give Lionel a try. The results were UNBELIEVABLE. They gave me a free estimate. The crew was professional and on-time and they saved me 65% of what it would have cost to replace the carpet. Call them.

Lionel and his team did a great job. The carpet looked great after it was rejuvenated. After cleaning, we decided to replace the carpet in the living room because the repair of a torn area would detract from the newly rejuvenated carpet. At that point, I was pressed for time both to show the house and leave for a family function. I gave the key to Lionel, and his team went ahead and installed the carpet on Saturday even though I would not have the money until Monday. That is what I like in a vendor; worried more about getting the job done and satisfying a customer than getting paid.
